Join us for a Hudson Valley YA Society event as we celebrate Children's Book Week! We'll be joined by Meg Wolitzer (The Fingertips of Duncan Dorfman), Kate Klimo (Daughter of the Centaurs), & Sarah Darer Littman (Want to Go Private?).

A monthly series, the HVYAS brings the best and brightest YA authors to the Hudson Valley in a memorable and fun party-like "literary salon" atmosphere, with refreshments, conversation, and giveaways for attendees. Sign up for the HVYAS Newsletter!

Meg Wolitzer's novels include The Uncoupling; The Ten-Year Nap; The Position; The Wife; and Surrender, Dorothy, among others. Wolitzer, whose short fiction has appeared in The Best American Short Stories and The Pushcart Prize, lives in New York City with her family.

Kate Klimo has two horses of her own and is an avid rider (as well as writer). She is the author of the Dragon Keepers series.

Sarah Darer Littman, writer, mother, and unpaid chauffeur, is a living example of the cliche, "Life Begins at 40." After spending much of her adult life doing things she didn't really plan to, including such diverse occupations as financial analyst and farmer's wife, she at long last found her true calling as a writer.
