About the Musical: Upon graduating from college, Andrew finds himself at a crossroads in his life. He is desperate to find who he is, what he wants, and the common thread that binds us all together. With just a backpack of provisions and a recorder, he sets off on foot from Philadelphia to California in search of these answers amidst the rich diverse tapestry of America. Based on a true story and the book “Walking to Listen: 4,000 Miles Across America, One Story at a Time,” by Andrew Forsthoefel, PASSING THROUGH is about regret, forgiveness, and the pursuit of true happiness.
