About the Author
Frank Barrett is Travel Editor of Britain's biggest selling Sunday newspaper, The Mail on Sunday. He has written several travel books, including Where Was Wonderland?, a guide to the real-life locations of classic children's books such as Anne of Green Gables and The Secret Garden, and is the winner of numerous awards for his travel writing, including the prestigious British Press Award for travel feature writing. He lives in Bath with his wife Shelia, has two children and once had a dog called Eric. His favorite work of fiction is Evelyn Waugh's 'Sword of Honour' trilogy.
